At Our Helm
Kazia founded KJC in 2013 to bring a nimble and personal approach to innovation. Today, she maintains that intention, while leveraging her deep experience in the food industry. Kazia has worked with more than 30 brands, bringing 30+ SKUs to market, driving 5+ rebrands, and leading dozens of consumer insights projects.
Prior to founding KJC, Kazia led the Culinary department at SRG, where she worked on innovation for multinational food companies, like PepsiCo, Kraft, and Hershey. Kazia also spent half a decade working as a food writer for Cook’s Illustrated and 5280 magazines. Kazia attended culinary school in San Sebastian, Spain.
Outside of work, Kazia is the mother of two young girls, which means she has perfected the art of homemade lemonade (and all its corresponding cocktails).
