Who we work with
Principal & Founder
Kazia worked for Cook’s Illustrated and 5280 magazines before heading up the Culinary department at SRG, where she led innovation for multinational food companies, like PepsiCo, Kraft, and Hershey. Kazia founded KJC in 2013 to bring a nimble approach to smart innovation. Kazia loves exploring new restaurants, especially ones with good cocktail programs, and willingly travels for delicious food.
David led Whole Food Market Bakery Operations, Ops Services and Culinary for Noodles & Co, and Innovation and R&D for Boulder Brands prior to joining KJC. He is an avid skier and loves French reds--and happily shares these passions with anyone who’s up for visiting him in his hometown of Beaver Creek, Colorado.
Product Design Partner
Ken served as the VP of R&D at Boulder Brands, Director of Culinary R&D at Noodles & Company, and a research chef at Givaudan Flavors prior to partnering with KJC. When Ken isn’t blending his unique culinary-arts-meets-technical-food-science know-how, he’s hiking, fishing or out with his canine companions.
