So when the brand decided to launch a line of breakfast sandwiches—an innovation strategy far from its status quo—KJC couldn’t wait to get cooking. We put our research minds straight to work waking EVOL up to the truth about its A.M consumers.
KJC designed and facilitated qualitative research with current and prospective EVOL users to understand their breakfast behaviors and pinpoint which of the brand’s potential sandwich flavors should lead the launch. Next, we crafted a perspective on consumer breakfast behavior that EVOL used to shape its retail sell-in story. The result? EVOL’s Lean & Fit and Ham, Egg, and Cheddar sandwiches are now available at Target stores nationwide.
